Service description
Clutch Convoy provides convoy coordination tools including live maps, location sharing during drives, route planning, and related features. Clutch Convoy is not an emergency service and does not replace safe driving judgment.
Your responsibilities
- Follow all traffic laws and drive safely at all times
- Do not use the app in ways that distract from driving
- Provide accurate account information
- Respect other members' privacy and convoy settings
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass other users, or use Clutch Convoy for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer
Maps, routes, and location data are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Navigation features are aids only—you remain responsible for your vehicle and surroundings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion per our Data deletion policy.
