You can request deletion of your Clutch Convoy account and associated personal data using the options below.
Delete in the app
After launch, open Settings in the Clutch Convoy app and use the account deletion option. This removes your profile and disassociates your account from active convoys.
Email request
Email privacy@clutchconvoy.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request." We may ask you to verify ownership before processing.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, username, email, image)
- Push notification tokens tied to your account
- Personal preferences and garage data tied to your account
What may be retained
Convoy session history shared with other members may remain in anonymized or convoy-scoped form where needed for other participants. We may retain limited records where required by law or for fraud prevention.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
