Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, username, and profile image when you create an account.
- Location data: when you enable live location sharing during an active convoy or navigation session.
- Convoy data: convoy membership, routes, session trails, messages, and vehicle profiles you create.
- Device data: push notification tokens and basic device identifiers needed to deliver notifications.
How location sharing works
Clutch Convoy is designed for drive-time sharing. Live location is shared with convoy members only when you choose to enable it for an active drive. You can turn location sharing off when the drive ends.
How we use information
- Provide real-time convoy maps and sync between members
- Deliver push notifications you opt into
- Improve reliability, security, and product experience
- Respond to support requests
Third-party services
We use service providers such as Mapbox (maps and routing), cloud hosting, and push notification infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
Data retention
We retain account and convoy data while your account is active. You may request deletion as described on our Data deletion page.
